Set at the heart of an unspoilt village, which was privately owned until the 1980s, this spacious, Grade II listed holiday cottage (second from left in photograph) has been beautifully decorated and furnished with many antiques. One of a row, it boasts its own sun deck and lawned garden with harbour views from both sitting-rooms. Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project and several National Trust properties close by. St Austell 2½ miles. Shops and pub 250 yards.

Drawing-room. Sitting-room. Dining room. Fitted kitchen with Aga. Cloakroom. First floor: Three double bedrooms; two with 5ft four-poster beds, one with en-suite shower room with toilet. Single bedroom. Two bathrooms, each with shower attachment.
