This very peacefully situated end of row cottage with views over pretty countryside has been charmingly upgraded to smart contemporary standards but still retains the original brick pumphouse within its enclosed lawned garden. Longford is a small village 9 miles from both Ashbourne the ’Gateway to the Peak District’ and Uttoxeter with famous racecourse and cinebowl. A lovely walking area with a host of visitors attractions within easy reach. Sudbury and Kedleston Halls (NT) and Dovedale are within 10 miles and Alton Towers is 15 miles. Chatsworth House Drayton Manor and Trentham Gardens are within 30 miles. Coarse fishing 1 mile and pony trekking 10 mile. A good dining pub is ½ mile. Shop 4 miles. Entrance lobby. Lovely beamed sitting room with feature brick fireplace and electric ‘wood burner effect’ fire. Dining room. Kitchen/dining area. First floor: Double bedroom with 5’ bed. Twin bedded room. Shower room/WC.
