Enjoying panoramic views this sympathetically converted barn is outstandingly comfortable and ideally placed for relaxing or exploring. Set in 50 acres of grounds which boasts two lakes and a wealth of wildlife it is close to the owner's home and enjoys its own small garden and patio. Shipston offers shops and an excellent choice of inns and restaurants Shakespeare's Stratford and the village of Chipping Campden are both within 20 minutes by car. Warwick Castle Stow-on-the-Wold and N.T. properties are nearby.

Open plan spacious sitting/dining room with doors to patio ornamental brick fireplace and kitchen area. Large bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath). Large double bedroom. Twin bedded room.
