Within comfortable walking distance of the main attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon this small tastefully appointed town house is one of a little row enjoying its own secluded garden and patio. A perfect base for exploring the many shops inns restaurants and boating opportunities of Shakespeare's birthplace; Anne Hathaway's Cottage and the world renowned Royal Shakespeare Theatre are less than a mile away. Mary Arden's House is about 3 miles and Warwick Castle and Royal Leamington Spa are within 10 miles Oxford Cheltenham and Great Malvern all an hour's drive.

Comfortable sitting room with electric fire. Well equipped kitchen with dining area. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath). First floor: Double bedroom. Twin bedded room.
