This handsome 19th-century holiday home (right half of property in photograph) adjoins the owner’s accommodation, with the benefit of sole use of a beautiful, natural, far reaching, sloping garden, with a summerhouse and seating from which to enjoy the panoramic countryside views. Located in the small village of West Pennard, within easy access of the A361 and only 4 miles from Glastonbury, famous for its abbey and Tor. For cycling and walking the Somerset Levels and Mendip Hills are ideal, as are the gorge, caves, valleys and lakes around Cheddar. Shop 4 miles, pub 1/2 mile.

Large living room with wood-burning stove, wooden floor and patio doors. Dining room with wooden floor. Large kitchen with tiled floor. Separate toilet. Open tread stairs to first floor: Two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and toilet. Two twin bedrooms. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.

"The accomodation and location were perfect for our requirements. The owner was extremely friendly and most helpful. The only point I would make is that the wi fi connection was intermittent and very weak and would have benefitted with a booster. May 2011."
