Only a mile from Newquay’s famous surfing beaches, this comfortable holiday property (centre of row in photograph) has its own little garden and is within 300 yards of a swimming pool and sports centre. One of a little row, it is within half a mile of many attractions, including a zoo, pub, tennis, riding, golf and Newquay’s Leisure Gardens. The town also offers a choice of magnificent sandy and sheltered beaches, as well as restaurants, shops, a railway station, cinema and theatre. There is fishing from the beach and by boat trip. Wonderful coastal walking and inland touring pleasures are added attractions of the area. Padstow 12 miles. Shop ½ mile.

"The house was well equipped, very comfortable, loved the sun trap at the back. There was tea coffee ect when we arrived. It was about a 15 minute walk to Newquay front (there was even a wind break we used). July 2010."

"Good position just outside of Newquay but easily walkable if you find the short cuts. More info required in house about how to get to various places on foot. Good clean accommodation. July 2010."
