A really lovely property with smart contemporary style and beautiful furnishings set in a private enclosed garden on the edge of the village and enjoying views over gardens to countryside. Within 1/4 mile of several pubs restaurants takeaways and shops and 4 miles from Skegness with all the fun of the fair cinema nature park at Gibraltar Point and lovely sandy beach. Gunby Hall (NT) is 3 miles and Lincoln is a scenic drive across the Wolds. Brewery tours in Wainfleet are 4 miles Horncastle’s antique emporiums and walking in Tennyson Country within easy reach. Golf course and horse riding is within 5 miles. Fishing 1 mile. Lovely high beamed open plan sitting room with wood burning stove tiled floors and dining and kitchen areas. Double bedroom with 5’ bed. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/WC with separate shower cubicle.

    "The village has lots of choice with several pubs that serve food and the Windmill Restaurant is excellent. I only wish we had booked for longer - we had a lovely time. I will definitely recommend this property. And only a short drive to Skegness, and beau"
