This pretty mellow brick cottage sits in its own garden at the peaceful heart of Ollerton village not far from the famous watermill and within 200 yards of three good dining pubs. Recently renovated and very comfortable it is in easy reach of Sherwood Forest legendary home of Robin Hood with its fun parks adventure playgrounds and cycle trails Clumber Park (N.T.) and Nottingham. Riding swimming and bowling are nearby. Shops ½ mile.

Entrance lobby. Fitted kitchen with archway to beamed dining room. Beamed sitting room with gas 'log effect' fire. First floor: Double bedroom with four poster bed and ensuite shower room/W.C. Twin bedded room with ensuite shower room/W.C.
