Just two minutes' stroll from Longsands' splendid Blue Flag beach this charming renovated cottage is ideally located for beach lovers walkers and surfers. Tynemouth is known for its variety of water sports the national surfing championships are held here. A 10 minute walk leads to the Castle and Priory in their commanding position overlooking King Edwards bay (pictured). Newcastle city centre is a ½ hour Metro train ride away. Gateshead's Baltic art centre and Sage music venue are in easy reach as are the Northumberland coast's many attractions. Pub serving food 200 yards shops ½ mile.

Sitting room with dining area. Modern well equipped kitchen. Utility room. Two steps up to twin bedded room. Shower room/W.C. Stairs to first floor: Mezzanine double bedroom with combed ceiling and ensuite cloakroom/W.C.

    "Neptune cottage is in a fabulous location, just 2 minutes down to a blue flag beach, but also just 5 minutes walk to Tynemouth with its shops, cafes and restaurants and also very close to the metro which gives easy access to the rest of the Newcastle area"
