Only 2 miles from coastal walks and the surfing beach of Trebarwith Strand, this comfortable pet-friendly stone barn lies in peaceful countryside, adjoining the owners’ farmhouse, on a 125-acre farm and offers glorious rural views. Reached via a farm track, the holiday cottage is within easy reach of Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac and the sandy beaches of the Camel Estuary. It is not far from Padstow, a pretty fishing village and home to Rick Stein’s fish restaurant. From here the Camel Trail can be enjoyed. Woodland and river walks are close by. Shop ½ mile, pub 1½ miles.

Spacious open-plan living/dining room with wood-burning stove and well-equipped kitchen area with tiled floors. First floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet. Two twin bedrooms. Shower room with toilet.
