A single-storey barn on the Langley Abbey Estate (home to Norfolk Polo Club). Converted to the highest standard, set in beautiful countryside with views of 12th-century Langley Abbey, open to the public to browse the Norfolk produce shop or enjoy the courtyard tearooms and gallery. 2½ miles from the attractive market town Loddon with shops/inns, it is a good touring holiday base to explore Norfolk and Suffolk. Golf at Beccles or Bungay; fishing in a small stocked lake, 200 yards. Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft are nearby with piers, theatres and sandy beaches. Shops, pub 2½ miles.

"We had a good time there it was comfortable and warm. All bedrooms were of a good size, the lounge was big fitted 7 of us with no problem and the kitchen/dinner was of a good size as well, nice to sit round and have family meals. The fishing pond was a go"
