Dating back to 1820, this charming character holiday cottage has been carefully restored and is furnished and decorated in a traditional cottage style. Standing detached, and adjacent to the owners’ home, guests can enjoy an enclosed garden. It is located in the delightful village of Mark, which is situated in the heart of the beautiful Somerset Levels, and the area offers excellent walking and cycle paths. The popular seaside resort of Burnham-on-Sea is just 6 miles away, and other places to visit include Cheddar Caves and Gorge, Wookey Hole Caves, Glastonbury Tor and the smallest cathedral city of Wells. Shop ½ mile, pub ¼ mile.

Large beamed, double aspect living room with wood-burning stove in inglenook fireplace. Kitchen with tiled floor and sloping ceiling. Utility. Separate toilet. Fairly steep wooden stairs to first floor: Double bedroom with window shutter. Beamed twin bedroom with sloping ceiling. Single bedroom with floor level feature window. All bedrooms with exposed stone wall. Shower room with toilet.
