Standing within three acres of beautiful landscaped gardens and woodland these attractive cottages are three of eight enjoying a pretty rural setting on the fringes of York with its quaint medieval shopping streets. Cosy beautifully maintained and very comfortably furnished with considerable style they are set adjacent to the owners' plant nursery and cafe. Within 3 miles the famous Minster Jorvik Viking Museum National Railway Museum Waterworld swimming pool inns restaurants cinemas and the Designer Centre are among York's myriad attractions. Steam train trips across the North Yorkshire Moors from Pickering the wartime Britain experience at Eden Camp Castle Howard and the thrills of Flamingo Land theme park are all under a half hour's drive whilst Scarborough and Whitby are just a little further. Pub and shop 1 mile.
