This comfortable cottage lies in Carnoustie a golfing paradise whose challenging Links course is a must for all true golfers – and there are another 30 courses within 45 minutes' drive! Boasting an attractive garden and hot tub the cottage is a short stroll from a sandy beach good selection of shops pubs and restaurants. Dundee is 10 miles and Edinburgh is an hour by train. The Angus Glens House of Dun and Glamis Castle are easily reached.

Sitting room with electric fire. Kitchen with breakfast bar and TV. Family bedroom with king size bed two single beds dressing room TV and ensuite shower room/W.C. Double bedroom with king size bed and TV. Conservatory. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath) and bidet.
