Lovely views surround this detached stone-built holiday home set in pretty gardens of half an acre, opposite a wood with footpaths and abundant wildlife. It lies on a hillside above the delightful village of Middleton-in-Teesdale (1 mile) which has a good variety of shops, pubs and tearooms. This beautiful area has many superb walks to offer and is designated an AONB, ideally placed in the Durham Dales with easy access to the Yorkshire Dales, Northumbria with its stunning sandy coastlines and even the Lake District an hour’s drive away. Shops and pub 1 mile.

Living room with open fire and wood parquet floor. Kitchen/dining room with wood-burning stove and tiled floor. Utility. Sun room. First floor: Two double bedrooms, one with additional single bed (for +1). Bunk bedroom. Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and oak floor.
