Idyllically set near Bodmin Moor in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this ‘upside-down’ style barn conversion boasts lovely country views and its own large garden. The barn provides spacious accommodation, ideal for walkers and nature lovers. Liskeard and Launceston (both 7 miles) offer shops, inns and restaurants. Golf and riding locally. Coast 20 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile.

Upper level: Entrance hall. Spacious living room with log-effect fire in granite fireplace and beams open to roof apex. Large dining room with doors to patio. Modern oak fitted kitchen. Slate stairs to lower level: Double bedroom with 6ft bed and en-suite bathroom with large sunken bath. Twin bedroom (2ft 6in beds) with en-suite bathroom. Further twin bedroom with door to garden, adjacent bathroom. All bathrooms have over-bath shower, toilet and bidet.
