The ideal holiday base this spacious and comfortable property sits in the heart of Tintagel a popular coastal village renowned as the setting for both the ancient ruins of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table's legendary castle and also the National Trust's Post Office. Set behind the owner's shop and accessed by a side passageway the cottage enjoys distant sea views from its first floor balcony. Shops pubs and restaurants are all on the doorstep and glorious coastal walks and beaches are close by – the local beach offers safe bathing and surfers head to Trebarwith (2 miles). Boscastle's harbour is 3 miles whilst Bude's surfing beach and Wadebridge for the cycle trail to Padstow are under 18 miles.

Well equipped kitchen with dining area. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/WC with corner bath (shower attachment). First floor: Spacious sitting room with doors to small balcony. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room/WC.
