Surrounded by peaceful countryside and glorious wildlife, these delightful granite and slate barns are lovingly converted to high ecological standards (both awarded the Green Tourism Business Scheme silver award) with energy efficient appliances and state-of-the-art air source heat pumps supplying both central heating and hot water, and photovoltaic cells providing green electricity. The owners’ home is nearby and both holiday cottages have shared use of woodland with abundant wildlife. North and south coasts are about 1/2 hour away, Bodmin Moor is 15 minutes and the wild beauty of Dartmoor is a short drive. The Tamar Valley AONB is close by with a wealth of magnificent old houses and gardens to visit. Fishing, horse riding, walking and cycling are available and the St Mellion golf course is 11 miles. Visit the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. Many footpaths lead from the door and a village pub/restaurant is 1½ miles. Shop 3 miles.
