This substantial, Grade II, detached holiday villa is just a few hundred yards from the heart of the picturesque village and harbour of Boscastle. It has period features and lovely views across the Jordan Valley. From the terraced garden guests can walk to the pubs, restaurants and shops in this lovely village. Ideally situated close to Tintagel, Port Isaac and Padstow. The South West Coastal Path is a short walk from the house. The beautiful beaches and coastline around Newquay are not to be missed. Shops and pub 200 yards.

Large living room with bay window and library area. Large dining room with piano and wooden floor. Large well-equipped kitchen, range cooker, granite worktops and slate floor. Utility. Shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. First floor: Four bedrooms; three double, one with four-poster bed, one with 5ft bed, one with chaise longue, and one twin. Bathroom with marble floor.
