This delightful cottage situated right on the quayside of the picturesque old fishing town of Padstow enjoys harbour views from most rooms. On two floors above a coffee shop, the cottage has been carefully converted to form a charming holiday base. There is a good choice of sandy beaches within walking (or easy driving) distance, and the beach and sailing centre of Rock is accessible by ferry. Shops nearby.

Exterior open-sided steps to entrance on first floor: Modern fitted kitchen. Dining room. Utility. Two bedrooms, each with additional TV; one double and one twin. Bathroom with toilet. Shower room with toilet. Open-sided stairs lead to Second floor: Very spacious beamed living room with harbour views. Sunny terrace at rear with steep steps (20) up to attractive patio garden.
