Commanding stunning views of Falmouth Bay and the sandy beach (pictured) which lies directly below at the end of the drive this very well equipped apartment on the Maenporth Country Estate enjoys shared use of the 29 acres of grounds and superb leisure facilities. Falmouth 3 miles. Cove bar/restaurant adjacent shops 2 miles.

Very comfortable open plan sitting/dining room well equipped kitchen area and doors to balcony with sea views. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room and bunk bedded room both with doors to balcony. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath).
