Dating back to 1601, this stunning Grade II listed Georgian holiday property has been decorated and furnished to a high standard, carefully blending modern conveniences whilst retaining an elegance befitting the period. Interior designed by Laura Ashley, it boasts over 3,500 square feet of living space – perfect for family get-togethers and parties. The enclosed rear garden is landscaped, with two patio areas and a wonderful ornamental koi pond (fitted with safety grid), which is illuminated by night. There is also a play area for children.
Adjoining Durcott Cottage (NO6), it is set in a backwater, close to the heart of Evesham, with its picturesque abbey, and ¼ a mile from good fishing spots along the banks of the River Avon and a good rowing club. Stratford-upon-Avon, home to Shakespeare, is just 12 miles away. There are many National Trust properties nearby, including Ragley Hall, Tithe Barn, Hidcote Manor, Hailles Abbey with Broadway Country Park and golf centre just 5 miles away. Cheltenham 10 miles, Worcester 15 miles, Chipping Campden 8 miles and Broadway 3 miles. Tennis, horse riding, golf, fishing, mountain biking, indoor and outdoor green bowling, and swimming locally. The N.E.C. only 30 minutes drive. Shops 500 yards, gourmet restaurants and pubs, 5-minute walk.

Bathroom with bidet, centre-staged period claw-foot bath and toilet.
