Beautifully located within 2½ acres of shared, mature, manicured gardens with a stream, Constant Spring, which is a detached annexe adjacent to the owner’s home, provides very well-presented, carefully styled and tastefully co-ordinated holiday accommodation. The historic market town of Emsworth, 1 mile, has a scenic harbour leading to nature walks around the estuary, where wildlife and birds abound. Chichester, with beautiful cathedral, Goodwood and Fontwell races and festival theatre is a short drive, as is Portsmouth with historic ships, day trips to the Isle of Wight, designer shopping, waterside dining and leisure complex. Within easy driving distance are Hayling Island, The Witterings beaches, the South Downs and plenty of NT homes and gardens. Shops and pubs ½ mile.
