Lying in the heart of a conservation village in an AONB, this cosy and romantic holiday cottage is just 6 miles from historic Bath. A pretty hideaway with its own patio garden, it overlooks a gently valley with the village church on the other side. Originally the brewer’s cottage, it is attached to the Old Brewery which is an impressive local landmark. Within walking distance is Freshford’s pub and the railway station serving Bath, Bradford-on-Avon and other towns and villages. Freshford offers beautiful canal and river walks, and has some fascinating Georgian village architecture. 6 miles away is the World Heritage City of Bath with many interesting shops and museums as well as the famous Roman Baths and Pump Rooms. Shop ¼ mile.

"Wonderful location, forgot all about the car and used the trains from Freshford station, Bath is about 12mins away and no parking worries, visted Bristol and Swindon (for the steamm museum). June 2011."
