Just 100 yards from the seafront this 200 year old comfortable and cosy cottage (shown foreground left) enjoys a village setting within a short downhill stroll of the beach. The coastline's stunning scenery charming fishing villages and picturesque harbours invite exploration and dolphin watching trips are available. The energetic can enjoy the coastal path as well as miles of traffic free walking in the glens and hills along the Speyside Way. Elgin (12 miles) offers good shopping and leisure facilities. Castle and whisky trails nearby. Shops pubs and restaurants 1 mile.

Sitting room. 'L' shaped dining/family room with electric fire. Fitted kitchen. Bathroom/W.C. First floor: Double bedroom. Twin bedded room. Shower room/W.C. (accessed from both bedrooms).
