Full of charm and character, this beautiful, inviting 200-year-old holiday cottage offers a welcome embrace at its stable door. Adjoining another property, it displays a wealth of beams and is charmingly furnished to retain its sense of history. Leading from the garden is a wooded valley walk, with several others close by. A great location for visiting many of Cornwall’s most popular attractions, Trebah Gardens, Glendurgan Gardens, the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within easy reach, as is Truro with its cathedral, shops, theatre and restaurants. Shops 2 miles, pub ½ mile.

Beamed living/dining room with open fire and farmhouse-style kitchen area with Rayburn and electric oven with ceramic hob. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet. Steep stairs to first floor: Double bedroom with 5ft bed. Twin bedroom leading to double bedroom with cast iron and brass bed, and fully tiled en-suite shower room with toilet.
