Completed to a very high specification this spacious holiday property comprises state of the art designer kitchen and bathrooms offering the very best of comfort. Set in a quiet location, this is an ideal spot to relax whilst enjoying the landscaped garden after having visited the numerous attractions in the surrounding areas.
This is the perfect location for exploring this ancient Celtic landscape – untamed, remote and mystical with fascinating villages and hamlets. Many footpaths, bridleways and clifftop walks along the famous rugged West of Cornwall coastline can be enjoyed within a short distance. Just 15 minutes’ drive away are several beautiful sandy beaches including Sennen beach which is ideal for surfing enthusiasts, and where surf boards can be hired. Penzance is approximately 5 miles with its historic buildings, art galleries, museums and numerous fish restaurants. Nearby are several fine gardens with exotic plants thriving in the mild climate.
Magical St Michael’s Mount is close by and stands on a causeway island in Mount’s Bay. Originally a monastery, the abbey was absorbed into a coastal fortress after the Dissolution and became a private residence. The many historical buildings make an eye-catching, romantic sight, especially at sunset. At Land’s End there is a visitor and conservation site, with plenty of activities for children, and fine sea views, sometimes as far as the Scilly Isles. The famous Tate Modern gallery at St Ives and the Minack Theatre on the coast are all within easy reach by car. Shop 4 miles, pub/restaurant ½ mile.

Family bathroom with large shower, two steps up to large bath and toilet. Large double bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite bathroom with corner bath, shower attachment and toilet. Twin bedroom. Open-tread stairs to spacious galleried living area with double futon bed (for +1), polished wooden floor/carpet and French doors to garden.
