A fisherman's delight set just 200 yards from the river (pictured) and local inn at Stokesby one of Norfolk's pretty Broadland villages this charming brick and flint character cottage has been lovingly restored to offer a high standard of accommodation. Surrounding country lanes are ideal for walkers and cyclists and just 3 miles away Acle boasts good shops and a bridge where visitors can enjoy watching boating activity on the river. Riverboat trips at Wroxham nature reserves fine sandy beaches Great Yarmouth's family fun Cromer pier and the wonderful city of Norwich are all an easy drive.

Well equipped kitchen. Spacious beamed sitting/dining room with fireplace and wood burning stove. Utility room. Shower room/W.C. Open tread stairs to first floor: Two double bedrooms. Twin bedded room. batjhroom/W.C. (shower attachment).

"The cottage was clean, cosy and very well equipped. It had been finished to a very high standard and we all had a good nights sleep in the very comfortable beds. The local pub was as described just 100yds away and did lovely food and we received a very wa"
