Enjoying an ideal location down a quiet lane this very comfortable cottage one of a pair is just 5 minutes' walk from shops ice cream parlours cafés and famous whelk stall of the bustling harbour at Wells-next-the-Sea. From the harbour a small narrow gauge railway carries passengers 1 mile to and from a wide sandy beach whilst restaurants and pubs are only a short walk. Light railway trips to Walsingham Holkham Hall bird reserves and seal watching boat trips are all nearby. Hunstanton and Norwich are easily accessible.

Hall. Dining room. Well equipped kitchen with door to garden. Sitting room. First floor: Twin bedded room with wrought iron beds and original fireplace. Double bedroom. Single bedroom. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath).

"Great cottage very spacious and well equipped. Had no problem with 3 Adults and 2 children. Carnival week was great, plenty of extra things to do, Blakeney Seal Trip was also good. Watch out for K's Burger Bar, wafer thin processed burger patties (awful)."
