A STUNNING PROPERTY IN A PICTURESQUE LOCATION WITH GLORIOUS VIEWS In an unrivalled location, this modern house has been furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Built and finished by the owner in a contemporary style, with a touch of French chic, there is a lot of limed oak and warm limestone, with most of the bedrooms having access to patio areas and lovely coastal views. Situated in Porlock Weir, an area famed for its outstanding beauty and wonderful coastal walks which are accessed directly from the property. There is a choice of restaurants and pubs within a minute's walk and Porlock itself is less than a 15 minute walk, and has a further range of facilities. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your immediate surroundings including the secluded beach, or venture further afield and see some of the delights on offer within a short drive, including Exmoor National Park, The Valley of the Rocks, West Somerset Steam Railway, Watermouth Castle, National Trust's Arlington Court and Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde for some of the finest surfing beaches in the West Country. In the evenings, enjoy a glass of wine and a BBQ on the enclosed patio area. Alternatively take in the local hospitality in one of the traditional pubs on your doorstep. Games room: take advantage of the facilities, cinema room with pool table and selection of films on DVD. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 large double with single bed with pull-out single underneath and en-suite with shower over bath and WC. 2 further doubles,1 with en-suite shower room with WC. 1 double in lovely loft room with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, and WC. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Bathroom: family size with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: a fabulous large open-plan area, well-equipped with flat screen TV, full Sky package, DVD, wood burner, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed gardens and patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and sea views. Amenities: parking for 5 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and under floor heating included. Wi-Fi available. No cot or highchair provided but you are welcome to bring your own.1 dog by arrangement. Location: beach, shops and pubs all within walking distance.
