SURROUNDED BY FIELDS AND FAR REACHING COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS In a delightful countryside setting, this recently converted detached former stables has far reaching countryside views and is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Virtually on the Cornwall border, you will be ideally placed for touring both counties with a choice of long sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves in most directions. There are a range of popular attractions within a short drive and these include, Roadford Lakes, The Eden Project, Launceston Steam Railway, Tintagel Castle, Bodmin and Dartmoor. Enjoy some lovely walks directly from the property or visit nearby Launceston, the ancient capital of Cornwall with its castle, shops, restaurants, market and leisure facilities. In the evenings, relax and enjoy the views or a meal and a drink at one of the many local family pubs. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double, with sloping ceilings.1 twin, situated downstairs. Bathroom: also with sloping ceiling has bath and WC, situated upstairs. Lounge/diner: spacious with TV, DVD and wood burner (first basket of wood included). Kitchen: with cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden area with seating.
