Famed for its market and picturesque narrow winding streets on the banks of the river Fowey, Lostwithiel is a must when visiting this stunning area, enjoying a wealth of boutique shops, restaurants and tea rooms to explore. a perfect retreat for walkers and cyclists, with the famous Saints Way just a short distance, winding through the rolling hills and up over the rugged moorland. Perfectly situated for touring the whole of this unique county from the popular destinations of Newquay and Padstow on the North coast, to some of Cornwall's best kept secrets on the South coast. The Tall Ships of Charlestown, the must see Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, National Trust Lanhydrock House, and Lanhydrock and Lostwithiel golf clubs to name but a few, are all easily reached. This stunning property offers open-plan living. Lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: king-size bed with en-suite wet room and WC. Lounge area offers a large flat screen TV with media centre (400+ films and 300+ CD albums), DVD, Freeview and hi-fi. Kitchen with integrated oven and hob with extractor hood, fridge with ice compartment and breakfast bar. Guests are welcome to enjoy the private sun room with access to outside decking. Outside: access to the private decking area with BBQ and garden furniture. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, electric and under floor heating included (£20 per week heating surcharge applies November - March inclusive). 1 dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking within the property. Location: beach 7 miles, shop and pub in Lostwithiel 3 miles.
